We offer two types of services: Custom Projects and A La Carte Services. Please read the process carefully before booking.

Custom Projects such as logos, full brand identity design, or specialized visual concepts require a consultation and quote before booking. To begin, send us a brief description of your project using the contact form. We’ll follow up to schedule a consultation and discuss your vision, scope, and timeline. After we’ve reviewed everything, you’ll receive a custom quote. Once approved, a private payment link will be sent to secure your project slot. Work will not begin until payment is made and confirmed.

A La Carte Services like flyers, social media graphics, and simple design pieces can be booked directly through our website. Visit the booking page, choose your desired service, add it to your cart, and complete payment at checkout. After your order is placed, you’ll receive a follow-up email requesting the project details needed to get started.

For online clients, all payments must be made in full through our website before any design work begins.

For local clients in Jamaica, bank transfer is also available as a payment option. To use this method, select “Bank Transfer” at checkout. Once the transfer is complete, please email proof of payment (such as a receipt or screenshot) to khaidesignsz.mail@gmail.com. After your payment is verified, we will follow up with a confirmation email and begin your project. No work will begin until payment has been received and confirmed.

It depends on the project. Smaller jobs like cover art or graphics can take a few days. Larger brand or design projects may take 1–3 weeks. Timelines are always discussed upfront.

Express delivery is always available at a cost upon request.
