Here’s how the Acuity Scheduling Website Setup booking process works at Khai Designsz:

1. Choose Your Service Package:

     • Custom Domain Setup: If you don’t already have a domain, we’ll assist you with purchasing and setting up a custom domain for your website.

     • Payment Gateway Integration: We will also integrate your preferred payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, etc.), allowing clients to pay for appointments at the time of booking.

2. Submit Your Details: Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll contact you via email to collect all the necessary information to begin the setup. This includes:

   • Your brand logo, colors, fonts, and any style preferences.

   • A list of your services, pricing, and availability for scheduling.

   • Contact details (email, phone, address), and any additional information you want to display on your site.

   • Domain details (if you have one) or guidance if you need to purchase a new one.

3. Turnaround Time: After receiving all necessary details, the standard turnaround time for your Acuity Scheduling Website Setup is 5-7 business days after payment is received.

   • Express Delivery: Need it faster? We offer express delivery in 3 business days for an additional charge of $50.

4. Revisions & Final Delivery:

   • You’ll receive your initial website setup and have the opportunity for 3 free revisions to adjust any design elements, content, or functionality.

   • After 3 revisions, each additional revision will cost $25.

   • Once finalized, you’ll receive your fully functional Acuity Scheduling website, with option to include custom domain setup, payment gateway integration, and an optimized Acuity booking system.
