Here’s the process for booking Business Card Design (1 or 2-sided) with Khai Designsz:

1. Choose Your Service Package:

We offer custom Business Card Design to ensure your first impression is a lasting one. Here’s what’s included:

• 1 or 2-Sided Business Card Design:

  • You can choose between a 1-sided or 2-sided business card design, depending on how much information or branding elements you want to include.

  • The design will be customized to align with your brand identity, featuring your logo, brand colors, contact information, and any other details you’d like to showcase.

  • We’ll design a professional and clean layout to ensure your card is both visually appealing and functional.

• Brand Consistency:

  • The business card will be designed to align with your existing brand materials, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.

  • We’ll incorporate your brand colors, typography, and logos to maintain a consistent identity across all touchpoints.

• Mockups:

  • Once your business card design is complete, we’ll provide you with mockups so you can see how it will look in the real world.

  • This includes visualizing the front and back of the card (for 2-sided designs) to ensure it meets your expectations before finalizing.

2. Submit Your Details:

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll contact you via email to gather the necessary details for your Business Card Design. This includes:

• Your business name, logo, and any brand assets you’d like to include.

• Your contact information (e.g., name, title, phone number, email address, website, social media links).

• Any specific design preferences you have, such as color scheme, font style, or layout style (e.g., modern, minimalist, traditional, etc.).

• If you have any existing design elements or a current business card, we can use those as a reference to maintain brand consistency.

3. Design Process & Timeline:

After receiving your details and payment, we will begin working on your design.

• Turnaround Time: The typical design delivery time is 3-5 business days after receiving all necessary information.

• You will receive a draft design for your review, and you can provide feedback for up to 3 revisions to ensure the design matches your expectations.

• Additional revisions beyond the first 3 will be charged at $10 per revision.

4. Final Deliverables:

• After finalizing the design, we’ll provide you with the final business card design files in high-resolution formats (e.g., PDF, AI, PNG) for printing.

• You’ll also receive print-ready files, including bleed and trim marks (if necessary), ensuring your business cards are ready for production.

• The files will be prepared for standard printing sizes, typically 3.5” x 2” (US) or 85mm x 55mm (EU).

Important Notes:

• Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of the design work, we do not offer refunds once the design process has begun.

• Revisions: You will receive 3 free revisions after receiving the initial design draft. Additional revisions will be charged at $10 per revision.

• Delivery: Once the design is finalized, you will receive high-quality files ready for printing.

This service is for the design only. After receiving your final business card design, you’ll have everything you need to create professional, branded business cards that leave a lasting impression on your clients.
