  • This package includes a front design (e.g., your house number, name, or company logo) along with decorative elements that suit your personal or business identity.

• Premium Custom Mailbox Design:

  • This package includes a more intricate design, offering additional design features like custom patterns, photographs, embellishments, and premium materials that add a touch of luxury.

  • Custom Mailbox Graphics & Artwork: If you want to add custom artwork or illustrations to your mailbox, this option is available for an additional cost. This could include personalized graphics, images, or artistic renderings that give your mailbox a one-of-a-kind look.

2. Submit Your Details:

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll contact you via email to gather the necessary information for your Custom Mailbox Design. This will include:

• Design preferences: Let us know if you have a specific theme or style in mind (e.g., modern, vintage, rustic, industrial, etc.).

• Your house number, family name, or business name to include on the mailbox.

• Color preferences: Share your preferred colors for the mailbox, or if you have existing home exterior colors we should coordinate with.

• Any branding elements, such as logos, taglines, or specific symbols you’d like included.

• If you’re interested in additional artwork or custom graphics, please provide a description of the images or concepts you’d like to include.

3. Design Process & Timeline:

After receiving your details and payment, we will begin working on your custom mailbox design.

• Turnaround Time: The typical design delivery time is 5-7 business days after receiving all necessary information.

• You will receive a draft design for review, and you can provide feedback for up to 3 revisions to ensure the design matches your vision.

• Additional revisions beyond the first 3 will be charged at $20 per revision.

4. Final Deliverables:

• After finalizing your design, we’ll provide you with high-resolution files of the mailbox design (e.g., PDF, PNG) for use in manufacturing or as a digital reference.

• The final design will be print-ready and appropriately sized for mailbox dimensions. You can use these files to get your mailbox professionally printed or hand-painted.

Important Notes:

• Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of the design work, we do not offer refunds once the design process has begun.

• Revisions: You will receive 3 free revisions after receiving the initial design draft. Additional revisions will be charged at $20 per revision.

• Additional Artwork: Custom graphics or artwork will incur an additional cost, based on the complexity of the design.
