Here’s the process for booking Flyer Design (including Party Flyers, Social Media Flyers, with additional cost) with Khai Designsz:

1. Choose Your Service Package:

We offer custom Flyer Design to help you promote your event, business, or product. You can choose from the following options based on your needs:

• Custom Flyer/Event Flyer Design:

  • Whether you're promoting a business, event, or product, we’ll create a custom-designed flyer that captures attention and conveys your message effectively.

  • The design will include your logo, event details, contact information, and any branding elements relevant to your flyer’s purpose.

  • We’ll ensure the flyer design is visually striking and on-brand, tailored to your target audience and designed to grab attention.

  • Flyers for events like sales promotions, business openings, or community events will be designed to clearly highlight the key details of the event, with a clean and appealing layout.

• Party Flyers:

  • For party flyers, we’ll create a fun, energetic design that matches the vibe and theme of the event (whether it’s a club event, birthday party, or festival).

  • These designs will feature bold visuals, vibrant colors, and catchy text to attract attention and generate excitement for the party.

• Social Media Flyers:

  • Social Media Flyers are designed specifically for digital sharing across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Twitter.

  • We’ll design eye-catching flyers in optimized sizes for social media, ensuring your content looks great across all platforms.

  • These designs will include bold visuals, clear text, and call-to-action elements to drive engagement. They can be used for announcing sales, event promotions, or product launches.

• Mockups:

  • Once your flyer design is complete, we’ll provide mockups to visualize how the flyer will look in print or on social media (in post format).

2. Submit Your Details:

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll contact you via email to gather the necessary details for your Flyer Design. This includes:

• Event or business details: Information such as date, time, location, and description for the event (for event and party flyers).

• Any branding assets, including your logo, brand colors, and fonts.

• For party flyers, let us know the theme or vibe of the event, any specific imagery (e.g., DJ, performers, specific party themes), and any text or messages you want included.

• For social media flyers, please provide the platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook), any hashtags or call-to-action text, and visual references.

• Your target audience so we can design accordingly (e.g., corporate, youth, family-friendly, etc.).

3. Design Process & Timeline:

After receiving your details and payment, we will begin working on your flyer design.

• Turnaround Time: The typical design delivery time is 3-5 business days after receiving all necessary information.

• You will receive a draft design for review, and you can provide feedback for up to 3 revisions to ensure the design aligns with your vision.

• Additional revisions beyond the first 3 will be charged at $10 per revision.

4. Final Deliverables:

• After incorporating your feedback, we’ll provide you with the final flyer design files in high-resolution formats (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPEG) suitable for print and digital use.

• The files will be provided in standard sizes (e.g., 8.5" x 11" or A5) for printing and optimized sizes for social media sharing (e.g., 1080px x 1080px for Instagram, 1200px x 628px for Facebook).

Important Notes:

• Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of the design work, we do not offer refunds once the payment is received.

• Revisions: You will receive 3 free revisions after receiving the initial design draft. Additional revisions will be charged at $10 per revision.

• Delivery: Once the design is finalized, you will receive high-quality files ready for printing and digital distribution.

This service is for the design only. Whether you need a physical flyer for your event or a digital flyer to share on social media, you’ll receive a professional, attention-grabbing flyer that aligns with your branding and marketing goals.
