Here’s the process for booking Full E-Book Design with Khai Designsz.

1. Choose Your Service Package:

We offer custom Full E-Book Design services to help bring your written content to life with a professional, polished layout. Choose the package that suits your needs:

• 10-Page E-Book Design:

  • Perfect for shorter e-books, guides, or reports. We’ll design a clean, engaging layout that enhances the readability of your content, with customized typography, images, and graphics that align with your book's theme.

  • This option includes up to 10 pages of content.

• 15-Page E-Book Design:

  • For slightly longer e-books, this option offers additional space for content while still maintaining a visually appealing and easy-to-read layout.

  • This option includes up to 15 pages of content.

• 25-Page E-Book Design:

  • Ideal for longer e-books or comprehensive guides. We’ll create a well-structured, visually dynamic design that keeps the reader engaged throughout the entire e-book.

  • This option includes up to 25 pages of content.

• Additional Pages:

  • If your e-book exceeds the initial pages in your chosen package, we offer an add-on for additional pages at $15 per page. This ensures the layout remains consistent and professional, no matter how many pages your e-book contains.

2. Submit Your Details:

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll contact you via email to gather the necessary details for your Full E-Book Design. This includes:

• Your e-book title, author name, and any additional text (such as chapter titles, subheadings, etc.).

• The content of the e-book (text, images, graphs, tables, etc.). You can send this as a Word document, Google Doc, or PDF.

• Any branding elements, including your logo, color scheme, and font preferences (if applicable).

• If you have specific visual references, such as image placement, background colors, or page styles, let us know!

• If you want any specific design features, such as headers, footers, page numbers, or a table of contents, we can include that as well.

3. Design Process & Timeline:

After receiving your details and payment, we will begin working on your e-book design.

• Turnaround Time: The typical design delivery time is 5-7 business days for the 10-page package and 7-10 business days for the 15-page and 25-page packages, after receiving all necessary information.

• For e-books with additional pages, we’ll adjust the timeline accordingly based on the number of extra pages.

• You will receive a draft design for review, and you can provide feedback for up to 3 revisions to ensure the design matches your vision.

• Additional revisions beyond the first 3 will be charged at $10 per revision.

4. Final Deliverables:

• After incorporating your feedback, we’ll provide you with the final e-book design files in high-resolution formats (e.g., PDF, ePub, Mobi) suitable for digital publishing.

• The files will be formatted for e-book platforms like Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, and Google Play Books, ensuring proper formatting, fonts, and images for digital devices.

• You’ll also receive optimized files for print-on-demand services if you choose to have physical copies of your e-book printed.

Important Notes:

• Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of the design work, we do not offer refunds once the payment is received.

• Revisions: You will receive 3 free revisions after receiving the initial design draft. Additional revisions will be charged at $10 per revision.

• Additional Pages: Any pages beyond the initial page count in your chosen package will be charged at $15 per additional page.

• Delivery: Once the design is finalized, you will receive high-quality files ready for digital and/or print distribution.
