Here’s how the Shopify Website Development booking process works at Khai Designsz with options for design and setup with domain, payment gateway setup, and 1 month of monitoring:

1. Choose Your Service Package: When booking your Shopify website development, you’ll have the option to select from the following service packages tailored to your needs:

   • • Website Design ONLY : We will fully design your Shopify store, customizing the theme to reflect your branding, uploading your products. This package ensures a cohesive design of your store with a professional look and feel. Does not include setup, custom domain & configurations for launch. 

       Website Design Package Includes:

       • Custom Home Page Design

       • All Collection Covers Designed

       • Up to 5 Website Pages (e.g., Checkout Page, Policies Page, FAQ Page, etc.)

       • Email Newsletter Pop-Up Setup

       • Up to 4 Website Banners

       • Up to 15 Product Uploads
         

       • Website Optimization for Both Mobile and Desktop

     • Setup with Custom Domain & Payment Gateway: This package focuses on setting up the necessary payment gateways for your store (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments, etc.). We'll configure your payment methods, test the process, and ensure everything is ready to accept payments securely. Includes complete setup and launch.

     • 1 Month Monitoring & Optimization: After the setup is complete, this package includes 1 month of monitoring where we track your store’s performance, make necessary adjustments, and optimize the user experience. We will provide recommendations on how to improve your store’s functionality, speed, and sales potential.
       

2. Submit Your Details: Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll contact you via email to gather all the information needed to begin the process. This includes your brand’s logo, colors, fonts, product images and descriptions, shipping details, and any special design or functionality preferences. If you need a custom domain setup, let us know and we’ll assist you with the process.

3. Turnaround Time: After receiving all necessary details, the standard turnaround time for your Shopify website development is 10 -15 business days after payment is received.

   • Express Delivery: Need it quicker? We offer express delivery in 3-5 business days for an additional charge of $200.

4. Revisions & Final Delivery:

   • You’ll receive your initial website setup and have the opportunity to make 3 free revisions to adjust design elements, layout, product details, or any functionality.

   • After 3 revisions, each additional revision per page will cost $75.

   • Once finalized, you’ll receive your fully functional Shopify store with a custom domain setup with option of adding payment gateway configuration, and 1 month of monitoring. During the monitoring period, we’ll help optimize your site and ensure it runs smoothly.

Refund Note: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the paayment is received. Our goal is to ensure your Shopify store is fully functional, ready to launch, and optimized for performance, while also providing you with the ongoing support needed during the monitoring period!
