2. Submit Your Details:

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll contact you via email to gather all the necessary details for your storefront sign design. This includes:

• Your brand logo, colors, fonts, and any existing brand guidelines.

• Business name, any tagline or messaging you want to include on the sign.

• Design preferences: Do you have any inspirations or examples of storefront signs you like?

• Size and dimensions: Let us know the approximate size or dimensions of the sign. If you're unsure, we can guide you.

• Placement and orientation: Any details about where the sign will be placed (e.g., above the door, window, or wall-mounted) to make sure it’s designed to fit.

3. Turnaround Time:

Once we’ve received all the necessary details, the standard turnaround time for your Storefront Sign Design is 5-7 business days after payment is received.

• Express Delivery: Need it sooner? We offer express delivery in 3 business days for an additional charge of $50.

4. Revisions & Final Delivery:

• After we send over the initial design, you’ll have the opportunity for 3 free revisions to adjust colors, fonts, layout, or any other elements of the design.

• After 3 revisions, each additional revision will cost $25.

• Once finalized, you’ll receive your final storefront sign design in high-resolution formats suitable for print (e.g., PDF, AI, or EPS). These files can be handed over to a printer of your choice for physical production.

• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the payment is received.
