1. Choose Your Service Package:
We offer a custom Thank You Card Design service that adds a personal and professional touch to your brand. Here’s what’s included:

Print-ready files: You will receive high-quality design files ready for printing.

2. Submit Your Details:
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll reach out via email to collect all the necessary details to begin your Thank You Card design. This includes:

Brand logo, colors, fonts, and any existing brand guidelines.

The message you’d like to include on the card (whether a short message, a personalized note, or a general “Thank You” phrase).

If you have any design preferences (e.g., minimalist, floral, modern), let us know!

3. Turnaround Time:
Once we’ve received all the details, the standard turnaround time for your Thank You Card Design is 3-5 business days after payment is received.

Express Delivery: Need it faster? We offer express delivery in 2 business days for an additional charge of $30.
4. Revisions & Final Delivery:

After you receive the initial design, you’ll have the opportunity for 3 free revisions to adjust colors, layout, or messaging.

After 3 revisions, each additional revision will cost $15.

Once finalized, you’ll receive your high-resolution Thank You Card design in the file format you need (e.g., PDF, PNG, or JPG) for printing or digital use.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the payment is received.

This service is for the design only, with no physical cards included. After receiving your final design, you can take the files to any printer of your choice to get your cards printed or use them digitally for email or online promotions.
